Solarization Works for Existing Solar Based DWSS and Pressure Pumps in District Khyber

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Bara, District Khyber, invites eligible and registered contractors to submit bids electronically through the EPADS portal for the solarization of existing solar-based Drinking Water Supply Schemes (DWSS) and pressure pumps across various locations in District Khyber. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and enlisted with the Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, for the financial year 2026-27. Bidders must also provide 2% earnest money in the form of a call deposit, along with other required documents including CNIC, KPRA registration, and valid PEC and LCB certificates. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk) by 12:00 PM on 2nd October 2026, with original bid documents submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Bara. The bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late submissions or hand deliveries will not be accepted.
