Supply and Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery including Front-end Loader, Mini Tipper, and Tractor Trolley

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Banda Daud Shah District Karak is procuring solid waste machinery to enhance its waste management capabilities. This procurement includes the supply and fabrication of a front-end loader and backhoe, one to one and a half cubic meter mini tippers, and tractor trolleys. The chassis for the work will be supplied by the TMA itself. The machinery must be fabricated as per specifications and complete in all respects to meet operational requirements. Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, fabricators, or suppliers with valid NTN, GST, and renewed PEC registration along with an active Sales tax facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPPRA taxes, and stamp duties must be included in the quoted rates. The successful bidder will also be responsible for providing complete operational training to the TMA staff. Incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids will not be entertained.
