Fabrication and Supply of Solid Waste Machinery for TMA Lower Tanawal

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Lower Tanawal is inviting bids for the fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the waste management infrastructure in Lower Tanawal, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Well-reputed and experienced manufacturers, fabricators, and suppliers with valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC registration, and 3S facility for sale, service, and spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are encouraged to participate. The procurement will be conducted under the single stage - two envelope method as per KPPRA Rules, with both technical and financial bids required. Items being procured: - Supply / Fabrication of Front end loader and Back hoe as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01) - Supply / Fabrication of 1-1.5M3 Mini tipper as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 02) - Supply / Fabrication of Tractor Trolley as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01) The technical scope includes the complete fabrication and supply of the listed machinery, with the chassis for the work to be supplied by TMA. All machinery must meet the detailed specifications provided in the bid documents. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS portal and submit their bids online by 03-09-2026, 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM. A bid security of 2% of the total bid price in the form of CDR in the name of TMO TMA Lower Tanawal is required. All applicable taxes, including Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties, will be enforced as per government rules. Rates must be quoted on a FOR basis with free supply/delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing complete operational training to staff.
