Tender Description
303 Spares Depot EME Lahore Cantonment invites bids for procurement of spare parts for 30 A vehicles for the fiscal year 2025-26. The procurement includes a wide range of vehicle spare parts including seals, washers, shafts, control boxes, fuse holders, oil pumps, lamps, and other components. Bidders must quote rates valid until 30 September 2026 inclusive of all applicable taxes and specify country of origin and brand for each item.
The tender follows a single stage two envelopes procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Technical proposals will be opened on 19 December 2025 at 1100 hours. Only firms cleared by General Headquarters or registered with 303 Spares Depot EME or other defense organizations are eligible. Bid security of Rs 1.00 million is required.
