Procurement of Spare Parts for Control and Instrumentation Equipment of WAPDA GB Power Complex Barotha-Attock

Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) through its Chief Engineer (Power) GB at WAPDA Power Complex Barotha-Attock invites electronic bids from bonafide manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. The procurement is for spare parts specifically for Control and Instrumentation Equipment of WAPDA GB Power Complex Barotha-Attock on FCS basis. Items being procured: - Spare Parts for Control and Instrumentation Equipment The contract completion period is 120 days from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order. Bidders must obtain e-bidding documents from EPADS at epads.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS on or before 12-08-2026 at 1100 Hrs. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 Hrs in the Conference Room of the Main Office Building, GB Power Complex Colony Barotha-Attock, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procurement follows a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Each bidder is required to furnish a Bid Security in original amounting to Rs. 1,245,000/- in the form of a CDR in favor of Chief Engineer (Power) GB, WAPDA Power Complex Barotha-Attock. The CDR must be delivered to the office of the Chief Engineer (Power) GB WAPDA Power Complex Barotha-Attock on or before the e-bid closing date and time. Eligibility criteria include registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, active status on FBR ATL, and relevant experience in supplying spare parts for control and instrumentation equipment. The technical scope covers supply of quality spare parts suitable for the control and instrumentation systems at the GB Power Complex site.
