Tender Description
The National Highway Authority (NHA) Abbottabad invites experienced and registered contractors to submit e-Bids for multiple special maintenance works on the N-35 and CPEC-HT (E-35) routes. These works include construction, repair, and installation tasks aimed at improving highway safety and infrastructure in the Abbottabad region. Items being procured:
- Construction of PCC shoulders and repair of drain at KM 90~93+250 on N-35
- Construction of PCC shoulders and repair of drain at KM 58+500~60 on N-35
- Construction of 50 security posts at both sides of the bridges on CPEC-HT (E-35)
- Protection works on Shoulgrah Bridge at KM 231~232 (KKH) on N-35
- Repair, maintenance, and beautification of Abbottabad city at KM 68~78 on N-35
- Construction of 2 precast box culverts near PSO and Rescue 1122 office Battagram at KM 162 & KM 165 on N-35
- Provision and installation of solar system, CCTV cameras, and flash lights at 14 security posts on CPEC-HT (E-35)
- Installation of traffic road signs (Category 3C) at both sides of tunnel on CPEC-HT (E-35)
The scope covers civil construction, repair works, installation of solar and CCTV systems, and traffic signage to enhance safety and infrastructure quality. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-5 or above with specialization in CE-01 and CE-10, and must be active taxpayers registered with the FBR. Earnest money in the form of bid security is required as per contract details.
Bidding documents are available for free download from September 28, 2026, on the NHA e-Bidding website. All bids must be submitted electronically via the NHA e-Bidding system by October 06, 2026, 11:30 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 12:00 PM. Manual bids will no longer be accepted. Prospective bidders should ensure EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk to participate.
