Special Package for Construction, Reconstruction, Rehabilitation & Improvement of Masjid, Madaris & Darul Ulooms in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Including Merged Districts

The C&W Department Office of the Executive Engineer Building Division-I Peshawar invites bids from eligible firms for a special package involving construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, and improvement of Masjids, Madaris, and Darul Ulooms across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including merged districts. The works are divided into four packages with specific sites in Peshawar district. Items being procured: - Package 1: Construction/Renovation & Improvement of Jamia Masjid Mohallah Peeran Village Mian Gujjar, Masjid Tariq Abad Naguman Charsadda Road, Masjid-e-Farooq Muslim Abad Charsadda Road, Masjid Quba Ghari Sadoo - Package 2: Construction/Renovation & Improvement of Masjid Abubakar Sadiq Churlaka Village Kala Khel Mattani, Mashoghagar at UC Mashogagar, Jamia Masjid Jogi Khel at UC Adezai, Masjid Ghazi Abad at UC Mattani - Package 3: Construction of Qomi Masjid at VC Sama Badabher, Masjid Umar Farooq at VC Pakhi Bala, Masjid Ali at UC Ali Khel, Masjid Zia-Ul-Quran at VC Ali Khel Fareedi - Package 4: Construction/Renovation & Improvement of Masjid Ro1khan at VC Rokhan Khel, Masjid Chandoka VC Chandoka, Jamia Masjid Kolal Baba at UC Azakhel The scope includes civil construction and renovation works as per work orders. Bidders must be registered with KPPRA and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the year 2026-27 in relevant categories, specifically PK-C6 & Above. Earnest money in the form of 2% bid security and CDR from scheduled banks is mandatory. Bidders quoting below certain thresholds must provide additional securities as detailed in the notice. The last date for submission of bids is 30th September 2026 by 12:00 hours, with opening at 12:30 hours the same day. Bids must be submitted through Pakistan Post/UMS/Courier and electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS).
