Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department, Executive Engineer Buildings Division No.1 Bahawalpur invites contractors and firms enlisted or renewed with PEC for the Financial Year 2026-27 to participate in e-tendering for special repair and maintenance works in Bahawalpur. The procurement will be conducted through the newly introduced Punjab e-Procurement System, requiring online registration, bid security generation, and electronic bid submission.

- Special Repair & Maintenance of Quarter No. 177-11, 30-11, 50-11 in One Unit Staff Colony Bahawalpur
The scope includes detailed repair and maintenance works involving wall paneling, tile flooring, door repairs, and electrical work at specified offices and quarters. Contractors must quote rates online against each BOQ item and submit bids electronically before the deadline.
