The Estate Office Management Islamabad is procuring specialized works for the Special Repair, Upgradation and Modification to Electrical and Mechanical Installations at the Ministry of Housing and Works Offices located in Islamabad. This procurement is specifically for the financial year 2025-26 and involves comprehensive electrical and mechanical repair and upgrade tasks within the Ministry's office premises. The technical scope includes dismantling and replacement of defective electrical wiring, switches, sockets, LED lighting fixtures, fans, distribution boards, breakers, wiring for TV and ethernet cables, servicing of air conditioning units, gas and electric geyser installation, and associated civil works such as fixing expansion joints and repairing wooden doors.
