Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms for special repair works at various civil quarters and bungalows in Peshawar. The procurement follows the KPPRA procurement rules 2014 (Amended) under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure via the E-PAD system.
Items being procured:
- Package-1: AOM&R/Special Repair to Civil Quarters, Kohat Road Peshawar including Sub Head Civil & Electrical work Quarter No G-05, 25-A, 66-C, 113-C, 82-C, F-07, F-08, 44-C, 06-A, 21-A, 29-C, 7-15-CC, 35-B, SI-22, F-24, SI-29, SI-02, 124-C & 72-C for the year 2026-27.
- Package-2: i. AOM&R/Special Repair to Bungalow No. 12 C2 & Quarter No. 75 Phase V Hayatabad at Peshawar including Civil, Electrical & Sanitary works for the year 2026-27.
ii. AOM&R/Special Repair to Khyber Colony Bungalows Peshawar including Civil Work Bungalow No. 02 for the year 2026-27.
The scope includes civil, electrical, and sanitary repair works at specified quarters and bungalows in Peshawar. Bidders must be registered with C&W, PEC, KPPRA, and FBR with a valid active statement. Earnest money of 2% along with stamp duty and tender fee of 0.03% is required per package. Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS system by 28th August 2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM, with financial bids opened after technical evaluation as per rules.
All bids must be accompanied by a CDR in the name of the Executive Engineer Maintenance-I Peshawar before bid submission. Firms quoting bids more than 10% below the engineer's estimate must submit additional security. The bidding entry fee of 0.03% of the tender cost is non-refundable. In case of public holidays, the technical opening will be conducted on the next working day.
