Special Repair Works Packages for Civil Quarters and Bungalows at Peshawar by Communication & Works Department

The Communication & Works Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms/bidders for special repair works at various civil quarters and bungalows in Peshawar. The procurement follows the KPPRA procurement rules 2014 (Amended) under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure on the EPAD system. Items being procured: - Package-1: AOM&R/Special Repair to Civil Quarters, Kohat Road Peshawar, including Civil & Electrical work Quarter No.25 A, 113-C, 82-C, 06-A, 21-A, 35-B, SL-22, F-24, SI-29, SI-02 & 124-C for the year 2026-27. - Package-2: AOM&R/Special Repair to Civil Quarters, Kohat Road Peshawar, Civil & Electrical work Quarter No.G-05, 66-C, F-07, F-08, 44-C, 29-C, 7-15-CC, & 72-C for the year 2026-27. - Package-3: i. AOM&R/Special Repair to Bungalow No.12 C2 & Quarter No.75 Phase V Hayatabad Peshawar, Civil, Electrical & Sanitary works for the year 2026-27. ii. AOM&R/Special Repair to Khyber Colony Bungalows Peshawar, Civil Work Bungalow No.02 for the year 2026-27. - Package-4: AOM&R/Special Repair to Planning Cell Health Department, Civil, Electrical & Sanitary work for the year 2026-27. The scope includes civil, electrical, and sanitary repair works at the specified quarters and bungalows. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or above. Earnest money of 2% along with stamp duty and tender fee is required. Bids must be submitted online on the EPAD system by 31st August 2026 at 12:30 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM, and financial bids will be opened after approval of the technical bids as per rules. All bidders must deposit CDR in the name of the procuring entity and comply with KPPRA and C&W Department terms. The bidding process follows the above/below system on BOQ/Engineers Estimate.
