The works involve structural repairs, electrical system maintenance, and installation of security features such as RCC walls and bulletproof gates. Contractors must be registered with PEC category C-5 or above and have valid C&W, PEC, KPPRA, and FBR registrations. Experience in similar civil and electrical repair projects is essential. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the E-PAD system by 24th July 2026 at 12:00 PM. The technical bid will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM. Earnest money of 2% along with stamp duty and tender fee is required. Financial bids will be opened after approval of the technical bids as per rules. All bids must be accompanied by a CDR in the name of the procuring entity before the closing date.
