This consultancy aims to configure, administer, optimize, and govern Jira software to ensure reliable and scalable workflows for agile delivery, issue tracking, reporting, and auditability within the organization. Items being procured: - Specialized Consultancy Services for Jira/Atlassian Solutions (1 Each) The scope includes Jira administration and configuration such as managing projects, workflows, schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes aligned with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies. The consultant will optimize workflows, enforce governance, build automation rules, create dashboards and reports, and support integrations with tools like Confluence, GitHub, CI/CD tools, and Jira Service Management. User enablement and support including training and issue resolution are also part of the services. Eligibility requires the bidder to be an active Atlassian Solution Partner with valid certifications and demonstrable experience in Jira administration and related services. The bidder must have completed or be engaged in at least one large enterprise Jira/Atlassian project in the last five years. Registration with FBR and ATL compliance is mandatory. Proposals must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, September 28, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bid security or bid securing declaration is required as per the bidding documents.
