Purchase of 65 Split Air Conditioners (Inverter) 1.5, 2 and 4 Tons with HVAC Electrical Items

The Directorate General of Nuclear Power Engineering Islamabad is procuring 65 split air conditioners (inverter type) of 1.5 tons, 2 tons, and 4 tons capacity along with HVAC electrical items. The procurement includes supply, installation, commissioning, and first operation of these units at the NORI Cancer Hospital, Sector G-8/3, Islamabad. The scope covers all essential accessories, auxiliaries, foundation materials, and consumables necessary for full functionality and safe operation. The air conditioners must be wall-mounted or floor-standing, remote-controlled, and use ozone-friendly refrigerants such as R-32 or the latest available. Warranty periods range from 5 to 10 years depending on the component. The electrical items include circuit breakers, power sockets, cables, distribution boxes, and metal cable trays as per detailed technical specifications. Eligible bidders must be security cleared suppliers or firms with proven experience in supply and installation of split air conditioners, having at least 10-15 installations nationwide with positive feedback. An authorized distributor certificate from the manufacturer is required. Bidders should submit a technical proposal supported by detailed literature, brochures, and manuals in English, along with a financial proposal. Earnest Money of Rs. 1,000 in the form of pay order or bank draft is mandatory. The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of opening. The last date for submission is 6th July 2026 by 1200 hrs at NORI Cancer Hospital, Islamabad. Technical and financial bids will be opened on 15th July 2026 at 1000 hrs at the same venue. Bidders must ensure their quotations reach before the closing date and submit bid security with the technical offer. Performance security of 10% of the contract value will be required from the successful bidder.
