Tender Description
The Public Sector Hospital located at University Campus Peshawar invites bids for the supply of Split & Floor Standing DC Inverter ACs (Heat/Cool) featuring the latest technology. This procurement aims to enhance the hospital's cooling and heating infrastructure with energy-efficient air conditioning units.
Items being procured:
- 1.5 Ton Split AC Unit DC Inverter (Heat/Cool) with standard pipes, cables, rawal bolts, outdoor brackets, and complete installation, Make: Gree/Kenwood/Equivalent, Quantity: 13 Nos.
- 2 Ton Floor Standing DC Inverter AC Unit (Heat/Cool) with standard pipes, cables, rawal bolts, outdoor brackets, and complete installation, Make: Gree/Kenwood/Haier/Equivalent, Quantity: 7 Nos.
- Extra Copper Pipe for Split DC Inverter (Size ½ x ¼), Quantity: 50 Meters
The technical scope includes supply and installation of the specified AC units with all necessary accessories and fittings. Bidders must ensure compliance with the latest technology standards and provide complete installation services at the hospital site.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit sealed and complete bids along with 5% Earnest Money of the bid value as bid security in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Senior Accounts Officer, IRNUM (FTN: 9015600-5). The bid validity must be at least 90 days.
Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours (09:00 AM to 01:30 PM and Friday 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM) against a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2,000.
The last date for submission of bids is 30.09.2026 by 11:00 AM (Wednesday). Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of participating firms/companies at the office of the undersigned.
