SS Bore and Renovation/Rehabilitation and Additional Work of Mandir Kolpur Kachhi

The Local Government and R&D Kachhi invites eligible bidders for the execution of SS Bore and Renovation/Rehabilitation and Additional Work of Mandir Kolpur Kachhi for the year 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on Percentage Rates. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - SS Bore and Renovation/Rehabilitation and Additional Work of Mandir Kolpur Kachhi The project involves renovation and rehabilitation works along with additional construction at the Mandir Kolpur site in Kachhi district. The scope includes civil works as per the composite schedule rates and percentage rates applicable for the year 2023. Eligibility criteria require presence in the Active Taxpayer List and no blacklisting by any procuring agency of Pakistan or Balochistan Revenue Authority. Registration is mandatory. The bidder must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 14,000,000 in three subsequent previous years, demonstrating financial capacity. Bid security must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or deposit at call of 2% of the estimated cost in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of PKR 2,000 issuance fee from the date of publication until 29 September 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 29 September 2026 till 09:00 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 10:00 AM at the office of the undersigned located at Local Government Office, Dhadar.
