Procurement of Stationery and Computer Stationery Items for Financial Year 2026-27

The Federal Directorate of Education Islamabad College for Boys G-6/3 Islamabad is inviting electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of Stationery and Computer Stationery items for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at authorized distributors, dealers, reputed suppliers, and General Order Suppliers/Firms registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The procurement is specifically for the Islamabad region, ensuring that suppliers have established business offices or premises in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Stationery items - Computer Stationery items The technical scope includes supply of quality stationery and computer stationery items suitable for educational institution use. The procurement will follow the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (as amended). Bidders must ensure compliance with all specifications, eligibility criteria, and terms and conditions as detailed in the bidding documents available on EPADS and from the office of the undersigned during office hours. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with FBR, listed on the ATL, and have relevant experience in supplying stationery items. The original Bid Security of Rs. 37,500/- must be delivered in the prescribed form before the bid opening time. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS on or before 20-07-2026 up to 11:00 AM (PST). The bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Principal, Islamabad College for Boys, G-6/3, Islamabad, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
