Tender Description
The Federal Directorate of Education Islamabad College for Boys G-6/3 Islamabad is procuring Stationery and Computer Stationery items for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the Islamabad region and aims to fulfill the stationery needs of the college for the upcoming financial year.
The technical scope includes a variety of stationery and computer stationery items required to support the administrative and academic functions of the college. Bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized distributors or dealers, reputed suppliers, or General Order Suppliers/Firms registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. They must appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and have established business offices or premises in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with FBR and ATL, ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The procurement follows the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, as amended. Bidders should prepare their Technical and Financial Bids carefully, including Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security amounting to Rs. 205,000. The original Bid Security must be delivered to the office of the Principal before the bid opening time.
Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) by 20-07-2026 up to 11:00 AM (PST). The electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Detailed bidding documents with specifications, eligibility criteria, terms, and evaluation criteria are available on EPADS and can also be obtained from the Principal's office during office hours.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely submission of electronic bids and physical delivery of the original Bid Security to avoid disqualification. Familiarity with EPADS and adherence to all procedural requirements will enhance the chances of successful participation in this tender.
