Procurement of Stationery, Computer Stationery and Miscellaneous Items for Financial Year 2026-2027

The National Counter Terrorism Authority, Islamabad, invites bids from well reputed and authorized contractors, suppliers, dealers, firms, and companies for the procurement of stationery, computer stationery, and miscellaneous items for the upcoming Financial Year 2026-2027. This procurement will be conducted through the EPADS 1.0 Version platform, ensuring a transparent and efficient process in line with PPRA Rules. Items being procured: - Stationery items (specific list not provided in the notice) - Computer stationery (specific list not provided in the notice) - Miscellaneous items (specific list not provided in the notice) All interested firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders are required to upload their bids and offers, along with the required bid security, via EPADS 1.0 Version by 11:00 a.m. on 25-08-2026. The tender opening will take place on the same day at 11:45 a.m. Bid security is set at 1.5% of the bid value, calculated automatically by the EPADS system, and must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft in favour of DDO NACTA. A scanned copy of the earnest money must be uploaded online, while the original is to be submitted to NACTA before the tender opening. Firms that have defaulted on previous contracts with NACTA or any other government entity, or have not fulfilled their contractual obligations, are not eligible to participate. NACTA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, wholly or partially, as per PPRA Rules.
