Supply of Stationery, Computer Stationery (Toners), Electronic Communication Items and Miscellaneous Useable Items

National Heritage and Culture Division, based in Islamabad, is inviting bids from eligible firms, general order suppliers, and companies registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the supply of various items. The procurement is open for firms located in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and all items must be delivered to the office of the National Heritage and Culture Division at the supplier's own expense. Items being procured: - Stationery - Computer Stationery (Toners) - Electronic Communication items - Miscellaneous Useable Items The technical scope covers a broad range of office and administrative supplies, including but not limited to general stationery, computer consumables such as toners, and electronic communication accessories. Detailed lists and samples of the required items are available in the General Section and can also be viewed on EPADS. Bidders are required to submit their offers through the EPADS portal, as manual submissions will not be accepted. Firms must be registered with the relevant government authorities, including Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and must also be registered with AGPR with an active account. Each bid must be accompanied by a separate Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Call Deposit of **PKR 50,000** for each category, made in favor of the Drawing and Disbursing Officer, National Heritage and Culture Division. This amount is refundable in case of non-acceptance of the bid. All prices quoted must be inclusive of all taxes and valid until **30th June, 2027**. Income tax will be deducted at the time of payment. The deadline for submission of bids is **26th August, 2026 at 12:30 PM**. The tender will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM in the Committee Room in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Only firms not blacklisted by any government organization are eligible to participate. In case of withdrawal after opening, the earnest money will be forfeited. Tip: Ensure your bid is submitted well in advance through EPADS to avoid last-minute technical issues, as manual submissions are not permitted.
