Tender Description
The Inspector General of Police, South Punjab Multan, invites e-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the supply and provision of various miscellaneous items and services for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is based on a framework contract and is open to eligible firms, companies, general order suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized agents/distributors registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and relevant tax authorities. - Purchase of Stationery Items (Misc.) (Estimated Amount: 2.5 Million PKR)
- Purchase of Printing Items (1.2 Million PKR)
- Purchase of Computer Stationary Items (Computer/Photostat Toners) (0.6 Million PKR)
- Purchase of Computer Stationery (Misc. Items) (0.6 Million PKR)
- Purchase/Repair/Replacement of Transport Items (Misc. Items) (2.5 Million PKR)
- Purchase of Tyres for Vehicles (2.5 Million PKR)
- Purchase of Batteries for Vehicles (1.0 Million PKR)
- Purchase of Filters Misc. (AC Filters, Oil Filters, Fuel Filters, Air Filters, Diesel Filters) (0.5 Million PKR)
- Purchase of Lubricants (Oil) (0.5 Million PKR)
The technical scope covers a wide range of office, IT, and vehicle-related consumables and replacement parts, ensuring operational readiness for the South Punjab Police. Bidders must be registered with PPRA Punjab and relevant tax authorities, and must submit original bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost for each lot.
