Procurement of Stationery for Examination Department and Main Store, and Fixtures and IT Equipment for Academic Block-III at SBBU SBA

Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University Shaheed Benazirabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of essential items for its Examination Department, Main Store, and Academic Block-III. Both single stage one envelope and single stage two envelope procedures are being used, as specified for each lot. To participate, bidders must pay a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 5,000 per tender via pay order in favor of Security Deposit SBBU-SBA. All applications, along with the required documents and tender fee, must be submitted to the office of Director Procurement, SBBU-SBA. Only e-bids submitted through SPPRA-EPADS will be accepted, and late submissions will not be entertained. The bid security is set at 5% of the bid amount, to be provided as a demand draft in favor of Security Deposit SBBU-SBA. Eligibility criteria include valid registration in NTN, GST, and SRB (where applicable), a minimum of three years of relevant experience, and turnover as specified in the bid documents.
