Procurement of Stationery Items for ASF Islamabad Airport 2026-27

Airports Security Force invites sealed quotations from reputed suppliers for the procurement of stationery items for the financial year 2026-27 at Islamabad Airport. This notice is issued under the rules of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority and all eligible firms registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are encouraged to participate. Items being procured: - Ballpoint pens (blue, black, red) - Pencils - Registers (various sizes) - Files and folders - Envelopes (multiple sizes) - Markers - Highlighters - Staplers and pins - Paper reams (A4, legal) - Other standard stationery items as per detailed list in the tender document Suppliers must provide samples of the quoted items along with their bids. All items must be of approved quality; sub-standard or unbranded items will not be accepted. The procurement is for the use of ASF Admin Office at Islamabad Airport for the upcoming financial year. Bidders must submit their quotations in sealed envelopes to the Admin Office ASF, Islamabad Airport, by the deadline. Late submissions will not be entertained. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, STRN/GST registration, and bank account details (IBAN). Firms must not be blacklisted by any government department.
