Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the procurement of stationery items for the High Court of Sindh located in Karachi, Sindh. The department requires a wide range of office stationery including punch machines, sharpeners, registers, envelopes, files, flags, pens, papers, staplers, and other related items. The procurement is scheduled for the financial year 2025-26 and aims to ensure timely supply of quality stationery to support the court's administrative functions.
The scope covers supply of various branded and local made stationery items as per specified samples and standards. Bidders must inspect available samples at the High Court store before quoting rates. The procurement process is conducted electronically through the EPADS portal, ensuring transparency and ease of submission. The items must meet quality standards and be delivered within 20 calendar days of purchase order issuance. The High Court reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities as per requirement and funds availability.
Bidders should be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Compliance with PEC category requirements is not applicable as this is a goods procurement. However, bidders must submit valid GST and Income Tax registrations, along with proof of past purchase orders and turnover. Bid security of 2% of the quoted amount is mandatory, and performance security of 5% will be required from the successful bidder. All government taxes and stamp duties will be deducted as per rules.
The submission deadline is set for 26th January 2026 at 11:00 a.m., with bid opening at 11:30 a.m. on the same day at the Office of the Director General (Finance & Accounts), High Court of Sindh, Karachi. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via EPADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. The address for delivery and sample inspection is Court Road, near Passport Office Saddar & Sindh Secretariat, Saddar Karachi.
