Tender Description

This tender invites bids for the procurement of stationery items for the High Court of Sindh located in Karachi, Sindh. The department requires a wide range of office stationery including punch machines, sharpeners, registers, envelopes, files, flags, pens, papers, staplers, and other related items. The procurement is scheduled for the financial year 2025-26 and aims to ensure timely supply of quality stationery to support the court's administrative functions. The scope covers supply of various branded and local made stationery items as per specified samples and standards. Bidders must inspect available samples at the High Court store before quoting rates. The procurement process is conducted electronically through the EPADS portal, ensuring transparency and ease of submission. The items must meet quality standards and be delivered within 20 calendar days of purchase order issuance. The High Court reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities as per requirement and funds availability. Bidders should be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The submission deadline is set for 26th January 2026 at 11:00 a.m., with bid opening at 11:30 a.m. on the same day at the Office of the Director General (Finance & Accounts), High Court of Sindh, Karachi.
