Tender Description
The Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police (Lahore), Islamabad, is inviting bids for the procurement of stationery items for the fiscal year 2026-27. This tender is specifically for the supply of various stationery goods required by the department to support its administrative functions.

- Stationery items as per the department's requirements for fiscal year 2026-27
The procurement process will be conducted through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (E-PADS) version 2.0, ensuring transparency and efficiency. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering and Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and listed on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method as per PPRA rules 2004.
Bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory and must be submitted along with the bid. The bids will be evaluated on quality and price basis. The tender documents and detailed specifications are available on the E-PADS portal version 2.0.
The last date for submission of bids is 3rd August 2026 by 11:00 AM, and the technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted, and all submissions must be made electronically through the E-PADS system.
Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria including PEC registration if applicable, FBR ATL status, and experience in supplying similar items. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
