Procurement of Stationery and Janitorial Items for University of Turbat

The University of Turbat invites electronic bids from eligible dealers and firms with active Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations for the procurement of stationery and janitorial items. Items being procured: - Stationery items - Janitorial items Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure under PPRA Rule 36(1), adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique via EPADS v2.0. E-Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications, and requirements are available at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/102067 for bidders registered on EPADS v2.0. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000/- shall be deposited through Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or University of Turbat HBL Account No. 1040-7900525001 (with challan). All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to 5% of the quoted amount in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft in favor of the University of Turbat. Manual, faxed, emailed, or incomplete bids shall not be entertained. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids under PPRA Rules, 2004. Bidders should ensure timely submission before the deadline on Friday, September 18, 2026, at 03:00 PM. The tender opening will be held the same day at 03:30 PM. Submission should be made electronically via the EPADS portal.
