Establishment of Departmental Sterilization Units, Laundry, Revamping of Operation Theatres and Medical Gases System (Turnkey Project)

Khyber College of Dentistry (KCD-MTI) in Peshawar is inviting sealed bids from eligible firms for a comprehensive turnkey project. The scope includes the establishment of departmental sterilization units, laundry facilities, and the complete revamping of operation theatres and medical gases systems. This procurement is being conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS), and only those bidders who are registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax and are listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) are eligible to participate. Bidders must submit typed bids on original letterhead, sealed and signed. Handwritten tenders or those submitted with a Pay Order (PO) will not be accepted. Bid Security is required at 3% of the total bid value, to be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favour of Dean Khyber College of Dentistry. The procurement will follow KP-PPRA Rules and Act. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 18-08-2026 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room at KCD.
