Stitching of Uniforms for Islamabad Capital Territory Police Financial Years 2026-27 and 2027-28

Islamabad Capital Territory Police is inviting reputable and well-established firms for the stitching of police uniforms for the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28. This procurement is managed by the General Branch, Police Lines Headquarters, H-11, Islamabad. The tender requires firms to have valid Sales Tax and NTN registration, be on the FBR Active Tax Payer's List, and have a proper workshop setup in Rawalpindi or Islamabad. The stitching unit must be equipped with experienced tailors and relevant machinery, capable of stitching at least 100 pairs of uniforms per day. Earnest Money in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Draft amounting to Rs. 200,000 is mandatory and must be submitted both online and physically before the closing date. Firms must provide samples according to ICT Police specifications at the time of technical bid opening. The tender will be awarded on the basis of the lowest quoted rates for the entire package, not item-wise. Technical bids will be evaluated first, followed by financial bids of technically qualified firms. Performance monitoring will be conducted throughout the contract period to ensure quality, delivery, and after-sales service. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration if applicable, FBR/ATL registration, and proven experience in uniform stitching. The submission deadline is strictly enforced, and bids must be submitted online through PPRA EPADs 2.0 only. Manual bids will not be accepted.
