Selection of International Educational and Professional Institution for Strategic Partnership in Procurement Capacity Building

**Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA)** invites eligible international educational or professional institutions to submit proposals for a strategic partnership to build the capacity of public-sector procurement professionals. The procurement is for non-consultancy services, funded under the financial year 2026-27, with services expected to commence on **October 5, 2026** and continue for a schedule of two years. Technical evaluation carries 80 percent and financial evaluation 20 percent; a technical passing threshold of 56 marks is specified in the evaluation table, while the financial section states that proposals obtaining 70 percent or above in the technical section will be responsive.
