Execution of Street Light and Solar System Installation Works for Nasarabad and Quetta City by Energy Department

The Energy Department invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of multiple works in Quetta and Nasarabad for the year 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2026 on Percentage Rates. Items being procured: - Construction of Street Light for Nasarabad PSDP 1851 22026.2398 (2026-27) with estimated cost Rs. 10,000,000 - Installation of Solar System for Public Amenities and Masjids in Quetta City PSDP 1805 22026.1100 (2026-27) with estimated cost Rs. 10,000,000 - Installation of Street Light at Essa Nagri Muslim Town Quetta PSDP 1847 22026.2315 (2026-27) with estimated cost Rs. 5,000,000 - Installation of Solar Street Light at Killi Kechi Baig, Gorrai Killi Sarday Quetta PSDP 1845 22026.2313 (2026-27) with estimated cost Rs. 5,000,000 The scope includes installation and construction of street lighting and solar power LED street lighting systems at specified locations in Quetta and Nasarabad. The works require specialized knowledge in solar energy systems and street lighting installation. Eligibility criteria include active taxpayer status, Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration C-6 or above with specialized codes EE11(i) Solar, EE11(ii) Solar Energy, EE11(iii) Solar Energy System, and EE11(vv) Installation of Solar Power LED Street Lighting System. The bidder must have completed at least one similar assignment with turnover of Rs. 7,000,000 for TSE Nos. 1 and 2, and Rs. 3,500,000 for TSE Nos. 3 and 4 in the last three years. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of bank guarantee or deposit at call. Tender opening will be on the same day at 11:00 AM at 1-A, Night Star Complex, Samungly Road, Quetta.
