Subscription of endpoint security (XDR) and clientless VPN licenses

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad Capital Territory, is procuring a Subscription of endpoint security (XDR) and clientless VPN licenses for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the cybersecurity infrastructure of the Ministry through advanced endpoint detection and response solutions and secure remote access via VPN. Items being procured: - Subscription of Endpoint Security (XDR) for 550 users with 3 years support - Clientless VPN Solution license with 3 years support The technical scope includes a comprehensive XDR solution with features such as enterprise-grade automation and response engine, visual playbook builder, unified management console, AI-powered agents, multi-tenant support, and extensive security controls across Windows, macOS, Linux, and ChromeOS platforms. The clientless VPN license must support multiple platforms including Windows, MAC, Linux, Chrome, iOS, and Android, with features like MFA, host information checks, integration with third-party MDM solutions, split tunneling, and compatibility with existing firewall and IT architecture. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have relevant experience with endpoint protection solutions, valid OEM authorization, compliance with Pakistan Security Standards, and local presence in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List. Technical staff must be certified in endpoint protection, and financial strength with an average annual turnover of at least PKR 30 million is preferred.
