Wah Industries Limited, located in Wah Cantt, invites sealed quotations for the supply of Sulphuric Acid (H2SO4) 96-98% Pure with a total quantity of 30 Metric Tons. This procurement is for Wah Brass Mill, a production unit of Wah Industries Limited. Interested suppliers are requested to submit their bids following the single stage two envelope method, with technical and commercial offers submitted separately. Items being procured: - Sulphuric Acid (H2SO4) 96-98% Pure, Quantity: 30 MT The technical offer must include an advance sample of 1 Kg, a valid NOC issued by the Ministry of Narcotics, and all technical literature and specifications. The commercial offer should detail pricing, payment terms, and supply mode. The supply must be delivered free of cost to Wah Brass Mill, Quaid Avenue, Wah Cantt. The delivery period is up to 31-12-2026, with partial supplies allowed as per user section requirements. Suppliers must provide a test report with each supply and bring a pump and acid-resistant rubber hose pipe approximately 60 feet in length. The hose pipe must fit a 32 mm internal diameter nozzle. Safety equipment and PPEs are mandatory for firm representatives during delivery. Eligibility criteria include registration with the Sales Tax Department, valid NTN and STRN, and submission of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,500 and bid money of Rs. 150,000 in the form of Pay Orders. Bid money will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders after contract award. Performance Guarantee of 10% of contract value is required from the successful bidder. Late bids will not be entertained.
