Blacklisted firms, suppliers, companies, or bidders are not eligible. The applicable bid security or earnest money for each lot must accompany the financial proposal; failure to provide it may result in disqualification. Tender documents are available from the MPRC Admin Section on payment of a non-refundable **Rs. 100** fee until **12 August 2026** during working hours. Proposals must be submitted to the procurement committee at Muzaffarabad Physical Rehabilitation Centre, CMH Road, Muzaffarabad, by **13 August 2026 at 10:00 hours**.
