Supply of PMU-18/2026-27 132-KV Towers Type ZM-I with Nuts, Bolts, and Allied Accessories

The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) is procuring PMU-18/2026-27 132-KV Towers Type ZM-I along with nuts, bolts, and all allied steel tower accessories without stub and cleats, as well as stubs and cleats with nuts, bolts, and all allied accessories for ZM-I towers. This procurement is based in Multan, Punjab, and is planned for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Tower Type ZM-I alongwith Nuts & Bolts and all allied accessories without Stub & Cleats (Quantity: 315 units) - Stubs & Cleats alongwith Nuts & Bolts and all allied accessories for ZM-I (Quantity: 315 sets) The technical scope includes supply of power transmission steel towers and related accessories conforming to specifications P-139:80 & P-82:81 amended up-to-date. The delivery location is MEPCO Warehouse, Khanewal Road, Multan, with a delivery schedule of 120 days. The materials must meet WAPDA/NTDC tender specifications and IEC standards, with valid type test reports or an undertaking for fresh type tests. The supplier must provide a 2-year warranty and manufacturer authorization. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have completed at least two contracts of similar or higher rating in the last 10 years, with the manufacturer having at least 5 years of design/manufacturing experience. The offered material should have been in satisfactory operation for at least 3 years, supported by operational certificates. Bidders must be registered with FBR, have active tax status, and not be blacklisted. The bid submission deadline is Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 10:30 AM via EPADS v2.0.
