Supply of 2 Welding Plants

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for the supply of 2 Welding Plants as per Annexure 'A'. Items being procured: - 2 x Welding Plants The delivery period for the welding plants is 2 months after signing the contract. The procurement will be conducted under the rules of PPRA and MoDP. Bidders must submit a comprehensive technical bid including photocopies of registration/pre-qualification/indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt or Semi Govt organizations, attested copies of Sales Tax and NTN certificates, audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade link documentation with OEM if applicable, and a judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 financial years with government or semi-government organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the technical bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila. This tender is specifically for suppliers capable of delivering welding plants to Taxila. The technical scope includes compliance with the specifications outlined in Annexure 'A' and timely delivery within the stipulated 2-month period. Eligible bidders should have relevant PEC categories and be registered with FBR and ATL. Experience with government or semi-government contracts is essential.
