Items being procured: - Electrochemical workstation (for full cell assembly) (Qty: 1) - Battery tester (with 10hz Data record) (Qty: 1) - Hydraulic coin cell crimper (Qty: 1) - Precision Disc Punching Machine (Qty: 1) The procurement requires suppliers to submit bids through the E-PADS online portal under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36-b. A sealed hard copy of the technical bid along with earnest money of PKR 200,000/- as a refundable pay order or bank draft in favor of Principal SCME-NUST Islamabad must be submitted at the time of technical bid opening.
