Supply of 50 kVA Distribution Transformers to Quetta Electric Supply Company

Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites electronic bids from manufacturers and suppliers registered on EPADs 2.0 portal, with the Sale Tax Department and active taxpayer list (ATL) of FBR. Bidders must be registered in required categories with PPMC former PEPCO Lahore or any DISCO/NGC former NTDC. The procurement is for supply of 50 kVA Distribution Transformers on FCS basis to the Regional Store QESCO Quetta. Items being procured: - 50 kVA Distribution Transformer (Quantity: 334 Nos) The transformers must comply with WAPDA/NGC Former NTDC specifications (amended to date). Bidders are required to submit bids electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal 2.0 at http://www.epads.gov.pk as per PPRA regulations. The tender follows a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure. Bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee or original CDR must reach the office of Manager Material Management QESCO Headquarters, Zarghoon Road Quetta on or before the closing date and time. Late or incomplete bids, conditional bids, or those without original bid security will be rejected. Tender opening will be held at the office of Manager (MM) QESCO Quetta at Chief Executive Office Zarghoon Road Quetta Cantt in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
