Supply of AC/DC Panels, Control Panels MCP-30, MCP-31, Relay Panel RP-4, and Distance Relays by Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited

Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids from registered and prequalified firms authorized as dealers, manufacturers, or suppliers with DISCOs, NGC, WAPDA, GENCOS, or PPMC for supply of electrical panels and relays. The procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 under the PMU GEPCO fund. Items being procured: - AC/DC Panels (08 Nos.) - Control Panel MCP-30 (02 Nos.) - Control Panel MCP-31 (03 Nos.) - Relay Panel RP-4 (03 Nos.) - Distance Relays (19 Nos.) The technical scope includes supply of these electrical components with free delivery at GEPCO Warehouse, Wazirabad. Bidders must comply with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and submit bids using the Single Stage-Two Envelope method adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft is mandatory. Bidders not required to submit bid security must provide a bid security declaration. All bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0, including technical and financial proposals, with filenames containing the firm's name and brief description. Eligibility requires registration on EPADS v2.0 before the tender opening date, valid FBR/ATL status, and compliance with PEC categories as applicable. Bid validity must be 150 days with bid guarantee valid for 28 days beyond bid validity.
