Supply of AC/DC Panels, Control Panels, and Distance Relays for Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO)

The Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids from registered and prequalified firms authorized by DISCOs, NGC, WAPDA, GENCOS, or PPMC for the supply of electrical panels and relays. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the EPADS v2.0 e-procurement system. Items being procured include: - AC/DC Panels (08 Nos.) - Control Panel MCP-30 (02 Nos.) - Control Panel MCP-31 (03 Nos.) - Relay Panel RP-4 (03 Nos.) - Distance Relays (19 Nos.) The technical scope covers supply of high-quality electrical control and relay panels suitable for power distribution and control systems. Bidders must ensure all equipment complies with NTDC Type Test Policy 2023, providing valid type test reports from designated laboratories. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and ATL, relevant PEC categories, and a minimum turnover as specified.
