Supply of ACSR Rabbit and AAC Ant Conductors

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) is procuring ACSR Rabbit Conductor and AAC Ant Conductor for its regional stores in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Rajar, and Wah. This procurement is aimed at ensuring the availability of high-quality electrical conductors to support the power distribution network in these key cities. The technical scope includes supply of 180 Km of ACSR Rabbit Conductor and 380 Km of AAC Ant Conductor. These materials must conform to the relevant WAPDA/NTDC specifications, ensuring durability and performance under local conditions. The delivery is on a free delivery basis to the specified regional stores. Eligible bidders must be pre-qualified or registered with the Chief Engineer (Purchase & Disposal) Standard & Specification, NTDC Lahore or with WAPDA/PPMC/DISCOS and FBR for the financial year 2025-26. Valid prototype approval, if applicable, is mandatory. Firms should also be prepared to submit Earnest Money in the form of a Bid Security or CDR issued by a scheduled bank with a rating of A+ or above. The tender submission deadline is **22nd June 2026** by 10:30 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM on the same day at the IESCO Head Office in Islamabad. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) Version 2.0 portal. The bid validity period is 60 days from the opening date, and bid security must remain valid for 90 days.
