Supply of Air Compressors for PSO Retail Outlets at Central Store Kemari

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply of air compressors to be used at PSO Retail Outlets, specifically at the Central Store Kemari Terminal B in Karachi. This procurement is aimed at ensuring efficient and reliable air compressor equipment for operational needs at PSO outlets. Items being procured: - AIR COMPRESSOR 5 HP, Quantity: 80 units, Location: Kemari Terminal - AIR COMPRESSOR 2 HP, Quantity: 15 units, Location: Kemari Terminal The 5 HP air compressors must have a voltage of 380-400 V, 3 phase, with input power between 3.7-4.1 Kw, efficiency greater than 85%, speed 1300-1550 rpm, and include a DOL starter with circuit breaker and overload protection. Mechanical specifications include working pressure of 140-180 psi, free air delivery of 600-650 liters per minute, two cylinders, and a horizontal air receiver capacity of 0.2-0.3 cubic meters. The 2 HP air compressors require 220/240 V single phase electrical input, input power 1.5-1.9 Kw, efficiency greater than 90%, motor speed 1300-1550 rpm, and similar mechanical features with working pressure 120-160 psi and air delivery of 250-275 liters per minute. Warranty includes free maintenance and repair for 18 months from supply date, with a commitment to rectify faults within 24 hours or provide a temporary replacement unit. Equipment must meet HSE safety standards, including electrical and mechanical safety parameters and pulley guards. Testing involves hydro testing at 1.5 times rated pressure for 10 minutes under PSO supervision. Suppliers must provide complete operation and maintenance manuals, and fixed asset numbers must be permanently marked on each unit. Equipment inspection by a PSO nominated third party at the manufacturer's premises is mandatory before shipment.
