Supply of Answer Books and Continuation Sheets for Examinations Section UET Peshawar

The University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar invites sealed tenders/bids through the EPADS system from reputed firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and KPRA authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR/KPRA. The procurement is for the supply of Answer Books and Continuation Sheets specifically for the Examinations Section of UET Peshawar. Items being procured: - Answer Books (20 Pages) 70 gm, Black & White Printing, Quantity: 150,000 - Continuation Sheets (4 Pages) 70 gm, Black & White Printing, Quantity: 50,000 Detailed specifications, terms, and conditions can be obtained from the Main Store of the University on any working day upon payment of Rs. 300 per set (non-refundable). Interested firms must submit their quotations along with a 2% Call Deposit/Bank Draft in favor of the Treasurer, UET Peshawar, in sealed envelopes. The deadline for submission is Tuesday, 22nd September, 2026 up to 10:30 AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the Conference Hall of the University in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with KPRA rules. Bidders are advised to ensure their registration and tax documentation are up to date and to carefully follow the submission deadline to avoid disqualification. Early submission is recommended to address any unforeseen issues with the EPADS system.
