Supply of 100,000 Answer Sheets for Examination Branch, University of Balochistan

The University of Balochistan, Quetta invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified firms for the supply of 100,000 answer sheets for the Examination Branch for the academic session 2026–2027. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(b). Items being procured: - 70,000 sheets of Answer Paper Offset Imported White, 80 GSM, Size 11.5 x 8.5 inches, 12 final pages with University monogram watermark, page numbers, printed rules on both sides, thread binding, UoB red file tag, high-quality ink absorption - 30,000 sheets of Answer Paper Offset Imported White, 80 GSM, Size 11.5 x 8.5 inches, 20 pages with University monogram watermark, page numbers, printed rules on both sides, thread binding, UoB red file tag, high-quality ink absorption The supply is to be delivered to the Material Management Section, University of Balochistan, Quetta. Bidders must comply with technical specifications including paper quality, ink absorption, binding, serial numbers, and confidentiality requirements. Eligibility criteria include valid income tax and sales tax registration, technical and financial capability, and acceptance of all tender terms. A 2% bid security of the quoted amount is required via pay order or bank draft in favor of the Treasurer, University of Balochistan.
