Supply of Automotive Spare Parts for Cap Bldg & B Veh (SSL) FY 2026-27

303 Spares Depot EME Lahore Cantonment invites bids for the supply of automotive spare parts for Cap Bldg & B Veh (SSL) for the financial year 2026-27 under PPRA Rules 42 (d) (iii) UN MSN/ EMERGENT/ SPOT/ NEGOTIATED. The procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Procurement Rules 2004. Items being procured include a comprehensive list of automotive spare parts such as hand pallet jacks, V belts, lubricating oil filters, brake pads and shoes, self-aligning release bearings, diesel filters, air filter elements, driven discs, lug bushes, combination lamps, fuel filters, radiator hoses, clutch repair kits, alternators, belts, power steering pumps, injector repair kits, starter motors, turbochargers, fuel injection pumps, water pumps, electronic modules, and many more. Each item is specified with make, type, brand, country of origin, and quantity. The technical scope requires bidders to provide brand new or reconditioned items with valid country of origin and brand details. Samples must be provided for inspection at the time of technical bid opening. Only ITD approved brands for B Veh category are acceptable. Bidders must submit technical and commercial offers in separate envelopes, sealed together, with clear marking. Soft copies of commercial offers must be provided on CD. Eligibility criteria include registration with 303 Spares Depot or other defense organizations, FBR registration, tax filing proof, ITD approval letters, financial capacity proof, and experience certificates. Bid security of Rs 1.00 Million in the form of CDR is required. Technical proposals will be opened on 16 September 2026 at 1130 hours in Lahore. Late bids will not be accepted. Bidders are advised to carefully study the specifications and submit complete documentation. Any omission or incorrect quotation may lead to rejection.
