Bids must be submitted in separate envelopes for technical and commercial offers, clearly marked. Earnest money of 5% of bid amount is compulsory in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of CO ASD EME Multan. Tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- is applicable. Technical offers must include brand names, specifications, country of origin, authorization for import, and manufacturer certificates where applicable. Warranty and maintenance obligations apply. Penalties will be imposed for late delivery. Samples may be tested and inspected at the depot. Submission deadline is 15 October 2026 by 11:30 AM at the main gate of ASD EME Multan.
