Supply of Bottled Drinking Water at SBP Complex and SBPBSC North Nazimabad Office, Karachi

The SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP-BSC) (SBP Banking Services Corporation (BSC)) Karachi invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the supply of bottled drinking water at the SBP Complex and SBPBSC North Nazimabad Office, Karachi. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with contract reference number P96142. The procurement follows the National Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - 19 Litre Spring or Mineral Bottled Drinking Water (Quantity: 123,123 bottles daily) - 330ML Spring or Mineral Drinking Water Bottles (Quantity: 10,000 bottles daily) - 1.5 Liter Spring or Mineral Drinking Water Bottles (Quantity: 2,500 bottles daily) The supplier is required to deliver the bottled water daily to multiple SBP locations including SBP BSC House I.I Chundrigarh Road, SBP BSC North Nazimabad Office, and other specified offices in Karachi. The delivery cycle must be completed between 09:00 to 17:30 hours on working days. The bidder must be registered with relevant tax authorities, have presence in Karachi, hold valid PSQCA license for the current and last five years, possess ISO or HACCP certification, and must not be blacklisted or involved in litigation. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual turnover of PKR 200 million over the last three years and experience supplying bottled water to at least ten government, semi-government, private, or multinational organizations in the last five years. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security of PKR 960,000 in the form of a Pay Order is required. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 and review all bidding documents carefully. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely submission of the original bid security physically at the SBP BSC House before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
