Supply of Canal Silt on Annual Framework Contract Basis to Horticulture Agency Lahore for FY 2026-27

The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites e-BIDS from well reputed and financially sound firms, suppliers of Canal Silt, construction companies, and firms registered with relevant tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and Professional Tax where applicable. This procurement is for the supply of Canal Silt on an annual framework contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Canal Silt (Detailed specifications as per bidding documents) The supply will be made to multiple sites of the Horticulture Agency Lahore within the stipulated time period as mentioned in the purchase orders. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must be technically responsive and registered with the relevant tax authorities. A bid security of 2% amounting to Rs.4,000,000/- is required. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened. The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the required quantity by 15%. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login by 2nd September 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
