Supply of Car Wash Pump with Accessories for PSO Retail Outlets at Central Store Keamari

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply of Car Wash Pumps with Accessories for its retail outlets at the Central Store located in Keamari, Karachi. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the car wash facilities at PSO retail stations by providing high-quality pressure boosting pumps and related accessories. Items being procured: - Car Wash Pump complete with accessories, quantity 60 units, location Keamari Terminal The pumps must be high pressure type with a maximum working pressure of 80-120 bar and a flow rate of up to 15 liters per minute. The head should be 150 feet or greater. The motor should be single phase, 3 HP maximum power output, running at 1300 rpm or greater, compatible with 200-240 volts and 50 Hz frequency. The pump and motor are to be mounted on a common base frame. Materials include ceramic pistons and stainless steel shafts, suitable for fresh, underground, or marine water. Warranty includes a 1-year maintenance-free period covering replacement of all parts. HSE requirements specify a DOL starter with circuit breaker, contactor, thermal overload relay, and over voltage protection. An auto switch on/off function with trigger gun is required. Accessories to be provided with each pump include a trigger gun with adjustable nozzle, oil and service gun, wire reinforced washing hose (3/8 inch diameter, 50 ft length, rated up to 2500 psi), air rubber hose (8.5 mm or 3/8 inch, bursting pressure 1250 psi, length 150 ft), pressure gauge (up to 2500 psi with psi and bar scale), and adjustable pressure regulator. Each pump unit must have a visible name/data plate showing manufacturer name, model number, serial number, and other relevant data. Bidders must submit a clause-by-clause technical specification sheet matching PSO requirements along with all necessary technical literature. Equipment acceptance may require prior inspection by a PSO nominated third party arranged by PSO. Suppliers must arrange equipment inspection at their warehouse or factory before shipment. A product demonstration must be provided within 5 days after technical bid opening; failure to do so will lead to disqualification. Delivery schedule requires 100% delivery within 90 days of purchase order issuance. Partial deliveries and part payments are allowed. Penalty for late delivery is 0.1% per day of the undelivered quantity value, capped at 10% of the work order value. Security deposit will be released one year after delivery. The bid security amount is Rs. 100,000.
