Supply of Chemicals Glasswares and Standards for PCSIR Islamabad

The Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR) Islamabad is procuring Chemicals, Glasswares, and Standards under the PSDP Project titled Establishment of Medical Cannabis Greenhouses for Biotechnology Derived Bio-products, National Hemp and Cannabis Analytical Laboratory, and National Industrial Hemp and Medicinal Cannabis Authority. This procurement is specifically for PCSIR Laboratories located in H-9 Islamabad. The technical scope includes supply of high-quality chemicals, laboratory glassware, and analytical standards essential for advanced scientific research and testing. The procurement is divided into three packages: Package 1 for Chemicals, Package 2 for Glasswares, and Package 3 for Standards. Delivery will be on F.O.R basis to PCSIR Laboratories in Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be well reputed and registered manufacturers, sole agents, authorized dealers, suppliers, or government contractors. They must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Earnest Money is required for each package: Rs. 85,000 for Package 1, Rs. 50,000 for Package 2, and Rs. 35,000 for Package 3, payable via bank draft or call deposit in favor of The Project Director (EMCG&NHCAL). Bidders should submit electronic bids through the PPRA e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at www.eprocure.gov.pk by 11:00 AM on 4th May 2026. Additionally, one hard copy each of the technical and financial bids in sealed envelopes must be submitted to facilitate evaluation. The electronic bids will be opened half an hour after the closing time. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure their EPADS registration is active and complete well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues. Also, submitting the hard copies promptly to the PCSIR Head Office at Constitution Avenue, G-5/2 Islamabad, will help avoid disqualification due to procedural lapses.
