Government College University Lahore invites E-Bids on C&F Lahore basis for each Lot separately from firms, companies, general order suppliers, and manufacturers engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, having Professional Tax Certificate for the financial year 2026-2027 from Excise & Taxation Department and registered on Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). Items being procured: - Lot #1 Chemicals Vapor Deposition (Estimated Cost Rs. 24,140,000) - Lot #2 Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) Analyser (Estimated Cost Rs. 14,200,000) - Lot #3 DSC/Thermo Gravimetric Analyser (Estimated Cost Rs. 4,260,000) - Lot #4 Thermal Evaporator (Estimated Cost Rs. 32,660,000) The bidding documents are immediately available after publication. Bidders must submit bids electronically on Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) with a Bid Security of 1% of the estimated cost for each lot. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. The bid submission and opening date is 10th November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. respectively. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. Eligibility requires registration on Punjab e-Procurement System and valid tax certificates. The lowest evaluated bidder will be determined on cumulative quoted rate per lot/package.
